With no reads, I play it the same.
With the limp/re-raise, he's going to have a big pair a lot of the time. However, folding is a poor play, because A's will pay your set when you hit it. So, the call/fold is good with that read.
If you don't think he has A's though, you need to re-raise all-in preflop. So your play on the flop is allready decided... fold if you think he has A's, get all-in preflop if you don't. Don't ever call/raise this flop.
