pf play is fine
flop play is good too.. i would have probably played this similar to you.. except i would have checked turn to take the free card

another play would have been to just call the flop.. cuz he could have been holding the made straight in which case ur only 20% to improve ur hand on the turn. also if u just call the flop, chances are villian is going to check to u on the turn and end up giving u a free card.
