I put him on a blind steal, and was fairly confident he didnt have anything on that flop since with him raising nearly half his stack, he could of easily had something like AK,AQ,KQ
its quite common in these tournaments - ive knocked quite a few people out of tournaments playing this way, I didnt think my call was fishy since I already had contributed to the pot and like I said I thought he was on a steal.
