I would probably check this flop. Its not a weak play necesserily. Although I think your idea of betting is okey too. You bet the flop, and he put in a minimum raise. This is a tough situation for any cash player with KK. The only hands that an average person would do this with, I think are Ax, QQ, and maaaybe a flush draw. Set would be played slower I think. JK?? hence the situation is bad.

Calling his minimum raise is poor. Fold, or re-raise. Calling and then cheking turn is so cliché. Besides the call onn flop I like your plays. Good fold on turn imo.
