Default Should I call?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t50 (8 handed) converter

MP2 (t1595)
CO (t1295)
Button (t2685)
Hero (t1432)
BB (t3360)
UTG (t860)
UTG+1 (t1890)
MP1 (t3180)

Preflop: Hero is SB with , .
3 folds, MP2 calls t50, CO calls t50, Button calls t50, Hero completes, BB checks.

This was a o brainer call...

Flop: (t250) , , (5 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP2 bets t150, CO calls t150, Button folds, Hero calls t150, BB folds.

I thought for a long time...counted my outs as 3Js, 2qs, 4ks for the win...this guy had been fairly agressive, but his usual bet was pot sized when he was holding a decent hand...and his hand selection wasn't the greatest, but his chipstack was fluctuating quite a bit.

Turn: (t700) (3 players)
Hero bets t250, MP2 raises to t1395, CO folds, Hero calls t982 (All-In).

I liked this card when it fell...but after he raised my bet, I had to stop and think...Any K beat me...Plus a hand like AT...I thought over the way the hand went down and made my decision...what should I have done?

Results in white below:
River: (t3327) 7s 2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: t3327
MP2 has Qd Tc (two pair, queens and tens).
Hero has Qh Js (two pair, queens and jacks).
Outcome: Hero wins t3164. MP2 wins t163.
