Click Auto-import Files, the lightning bolt second from the left, Click Configure, and point it to the directory where UH/GT+/PAHUD is saving the files. Then click OK.

Make sure you have it set to move the finished files to a seperate Archive Folder (I call mine c:\OldHHLog) Otherwise It will read ALL the files each time you play, just not the new ones, and that really drags down PT.
