to save u using the VERY complicated search function, a few simple answers to ur question that i find usually help......
stop playing for a little bit, make a cup of coffee, smoke a cigarette, tell ur girlfriend about how the idiot sucked out on u, go for a walk, throw things against the wall, get the sweeping brush and clean up shattered pieces of the now broken cup, tell ur girlfriend shes looking very pretty tonight...did she change her hair?, have an early night, sleep with a big smile on ur face
