Hi all, I have been reading a lot of posts here and have enjoyed reading some hands. In any case, last night I played a $10+1 tourney on UB. Out of 200+ people, if I recall correctly, I placed 3rd. Won $260. w00t w00t. Now I know this is not a lot for some of you, however this is only the 2-3rd time I have placed in the money in a multitable tourney. I have won multible sit and goes but nothing like this before. I think that the last hand I got involved in was a mistake on my part, i was in bb, sb raised. (sb was chip leader with 3 people left) I call, which i feel was a mistake, i should have raised or folded my marginal hand. Flop comes up, doesnt help me, he bets, i raise, all in, i call due to now being committed. arg....and of course lose. Well, after only playing poker for 8 months and now finally getting the understanding for the game i think i am doing ok. Anyway, just happy I made money and place in the money. (not just $20-80 dollars) Alright, thats all.
