marm, if he called the first bet, i think the best thing for him to do here is push on the river when he pairs...he's not going to be able to do much with just 900 anyway, at least get in position to take a bigger stand and go for the money. i dont like the first call, but if you do that, at least try to salvage something when the 8 hits, but this is only because i put MP on a 7 or a 5 and you know he's calling with anything...

on a side note, nothing pisses me off more than when people bluff into dry side pots...not saying that it happened here, but just came to me
