You don't say what you had for a stack and where both of you are in relation to the rest of the table in stack size.

So far your opponent has played fairly conservative and has showed you two pocket pairs (QQ, 99) when he has made this play. So you would have to put him on aa-77, Ak, AQ. Odds are that he has another pocket pair so your are a little less than a coinflip dog.

At that point it's all about the math.....Is the pot offering you a little better than even money to make the call. Any re-raise less than $20 is giving you about 1.3 or better on your call which is about what you need the pot odds to be laying you to go ahead and make the call.
