theres a saying ive said at least 5 times on this forum before...

if you have a hand (or even if you dont) it is important to put the pressure on your opponents. THEY should be the ones making tough decisions, not you. what the people who burn out do is over-do their aggression and dont know when to give up on a hand.

any hand you are in should be bet aggressively... but always be prepared to go into a defensive shell at the slightest sign of strength of your opponent... dont continue to throw away ur money in that case, just give the hand up and check/call good hands and check/fold bad or mediocre ones.. hope this helps
