He had a pair and a flush draw - which is 50/50 against a higher pair. Mattias called, the next guy went all in with KJ for two pair - at which point Gus says - I don't know what I want now - or something to that affect.

Mattias had for the flush/royal draw.


In this hand, Paul said he had 13k with average being 10k at that point, and would have 10k if he folded. So he was still an average stack.

I am surprised he thought the hand would be 50/50.
