Very early in the money where the payouts are flat, or no where near the money there is not really any value in it above the chips you gain (I think).

That is about as deep as I can get never playing in a tournament where you could get in 30+ hands per level and the starting stack was 200x the BB.

As you have seen, it wouldn't take too much overlay for me to make that call.
