You gave him the opportunity to take control of this pot with a half pot sized bet. (makeing you seem weak/not so sure of your hand). If this was me, I wouldn't be a believer in his spades. Especially seeing as he bluffed you off a hand earlier. I think he was just trying to steal this pot with that 20 dollar raise.

Either way you pray for a spades, but I bet the pot on the river.
