Not having seen him play I believe he is weak based on the call then checking, he could be trapping you but with such a weak start and with you haveing nut flush and AAs bearing in mind his big bet was with a K I say call.
He almost certianly doesn't have AK other wise with AAs best kicker why didn't he bet not just call on the flop? So AQ could be best. So odds are he has KKs if he not bluffing at the pot. He clearly might have the flush, but flush draw vs flush if you have the Ace I still say call. Hey it doesn't happen often.
