Default KK vs 99 twice in one day

Overbetting K's or Bad luck? Lets hear it. Im open to opinions, hands like these have been killing me late in tournaments. The $2.20 tourney I was 2nd in chip stacks, after this hand I was out like 5 hands later with J's against K's.
