Can I guarantee they will offer you the same? No but I didn't have to deposit to get them sponsorships they call them. Admittedly to get the best of what PI offers you should deposit - I have made an additional $40 on bonuses by depositing playing real cash games but I didn't have to to get the 'sponsorships' and they got my bankroll started.
Like I said tho I can't gaurantee it and they do offer the clearing bonuses as well but you do have to download your poker software form them.
