Default NL25 TPTK in 3 bet pot

This is probably a no brainer, but I thought I'd post it anyway. The villain is pretty nitty TAG about 14/9/3, not playing long enough to get a feel for him yet, especially as he hasn't been in many pots. He has probably been taking a lot of Btn raises from me and is slightly fed up, but I can't guarantee this, so I don't assume it. His stats suggest he probably has a monster PF I guess, so I'm either way behind or 50/50 here usually PF. But I have position, so I make the call.

The flop looks pretty good to me, what would you do after he checked. I don't automatically see a check in a 3 bet pot as a sign of weakness, but it is a pretty decent sign isn't it? Anyway, give me your plan for the entire hand, scare cards or no scare cards on the turn. Even PF if you think I played that bad.

$0.15/$0.25 No Limit Holdem
5 players
Converted at weaktight | fold when you know you're beat (BETA)

Stacks:
UTG ($24.55)
Hero ($26.35)
BTN ($11.95)
SB ($48.60)
BB ($25.00)

Pre-flop: ($0.4, 5 players) Hero is CO
1 fold, Hero bets $1, 1 fold, SB bets $3, 1 fold, Hero calls $2.15.

Flop: ($6.55, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero ???
