On
FTP, it's quite easy.
1. They want four days notice. (In my experience, they only need two).
2. In a rather involved email, to support, tell them the name of your tourney, the number of people (limited to 18? Unlimited? ) , how you want the prize structure to work, and the date and time you want it to start.
3. They set it up. You get an email. It's quite easy, and very very much fun. I'd advise going long, rather than short, on the 'advance' time. After you get your tourney, you still have to let evrybody know when your tourney actually is going to happen. An email to everybody on your shift, at the factory, won't get a lot of players, if those persons don't check their email as often as you do. Or if you don't know their emails. So set it up two weeks in advance, and you've got time to get a real buzz going, for your tourney.
