Fadi's only "crime" was that he sold his account.

He did not scam anybody either before he sold his account or afterwards. Anybody who knows Fadi would say he is a complete idiot at times but he is not a thief. Also, he has acted in good faith by repaying Mr Henley the amount scammed from him by the person who bought his account.

However, he remains banned as he profited from the site without paying to do so in much the same way that spammers are banned for trying to profit from the site.

I am waiting to talk to Kid on AIM before i finish myself with this inflated drama.
