There's no way you want to do anything other than get it all in here, it really doesn't matter what he has, you have his range crushed

I've given a rough range below that includes the 1 set combinations for both 66/77 and I've put in one KK combo because he should almost never have this. I've included 1 combination of both K6s and K7s because this can't be discounted and I've given him a few flush draws including the most obvious

One thing I haven't included is the possibility of him having the same hand but I don't think that will change the equity calc much.

As for do I like the min 3bet, I'm not sure our hand is strong enough AND he gets to act first on the turn. I can see a spazzy player quite often calling the flop 3bet and pushing a lot of turn cards which will put you in a shitty spot as there are a lot of really bad turn cards for you. Because you don't want to see a turn card I ship it in over the 3bet. Nice idea, wrong hand and board combo imho.
