lol at this trainwreck of a thread. I, as a former UB grinder, will jump in and defend kid. The hh system is really really bad and I frequently lost hands, which would either not import FOR NO REASON or the hh window would secretly close and if you don't notice (ie. if you've shoved it to the corner of the screen) then you won't get hands.

Software is terrible so it doesn't surprise me that a PT noob lost hh's on UB.
