You know sometimes it's alright to just call pre flop with a hand as vunerable as KJo. The fact that
BOTH CO and SB called a 5.5x re-raise would certainly have me concerned and right off I'm thinking at least one of them has QQ, JJ or TT. AA or KK most likely would have re-r you all-in preflop but QQ - TT especially from a tighish player would often just call - althou an aggressive maniac I would expect to shove pf with 88 or better. The CO TAG isn't calling with much less than AK or AQs but most likely a pp while the maniac doesn't seem to have enough to raise but enough to call - another pp but more like 99 or TT??
Gotta love and hate that flop all at the same time - top pair but no hearts - ugggh! Most usually I would make the C-bet for $35-$40 but like a crying call I don't have much hope it'll be coming back. The reason I C-bet for 2/3 the pot is that it puts the pressure on the others and has the best chance of taking the pot on the flop and if CO does have QQ but no heart he has a real problem since you've shown no fear of the flush. This is a one shot grab for the pot. Any re-raise and I'm done and if either calls I have to figure I'm already beat or they are on a

draw but another shot would put me all-in - do I really want to be all-in with just a pair of Js?
Back to my opening sentence - 5.5 x the pf raise by CO makes for a very big pot with a very medocre and very vunerable hand. This flop would have been a whole lot easier to play with just a call - pot = $10.50 and you open up with a pot size bet to try and take it down right away. Anyone with a flopped set or overpair can't afford to slowplay so you'll know right away if your hand is any good or a mucker - with minimal damage to your stack.
