I play at NOIQ myself. they have a really nice VIP System, at the highest level you get like 40-50% of your rake back by their loyality system. and its not too hard to get there, I reached it with NL100 in 4 weeks. (plus: they give you a 600$ signup bonus, so you get good "rakeback" at the beginning too, where you have not reached the highest VIP level.)
I recommend you signing up through an affiliate, you can get some extra $$ with that.
