Stack sizes and how many people are dealt in are really useful when you post hands, makes it a bit easier to analyse.
As for this hand it's a gay river for sure. I raise flop harder, pot would be up to $15, so somewhere between $11-15 is good imo.
Turn is fine.
I think without reads folding is ok on that river, I think you're shown a straight more than 1/3 of the time. You need like 32% equity here, I don't think you have it. But live poker is so soft you may be able to call.
EDIT: raising flop harder makes the turn bet bigger and then commits you on the river so it's an easy decision.
