i thought it may have been a flase awakening myself, but i didnt return to sleep, ive been up since the incident. (maybe im still asleep )

this has been the first time anything like this has happened, and im sure if i cant find anything on google im sure a doc cant help me with it.

the only thing i can do is monitor the situation, and if it occurs again, i will seek medical advice.
