it seems you want an answer like this :

you flat call, and call other small bets. Check behind if checked. If somebody goes all in all of a sudden / weird betting pattern (check turn, all in river for example) you fold.

Since you are last to act in this hand, you don't bet if checked to you. You can't fold for 45$ the flop. SINCE YOU FLAT CALLED, everybody will know you have the ace so the person that DOES not have the ace will fold unless that person has KK. Since they know know YOU have the ace, (it will sound stupid now) you should be able to "feel" if someone wants to milk you because he has KK / AK or wants to go to showdown for cheap.
