when you raised preflop got called, bet post flop got called, bet turn got raised - did you think you would still be ahead? you have shown strength throughout, isnt it a bit reckless on his behalf to try and push you off an apparent overpair. im thinking he's either a monkey who is set to lose chips, or he has you beat (the more likely choice).
if hes a monkey you should know because you have been watching his play previous to this after all, if he is solid you should know because you have been watching his play previous to this after all. So use your 'data collected knowledge' to make a laydown!
if you havent been watching him and know nothing about him, the choice is your's as to what you do.
