I like a 3bet on that flop. Villain is slightly loose and could have anything, not necessarily the trips. If you get 4bet you need to re-evaluate but a called 3bet can allow more monies in the pot if you hit and the possibility of getting a free card if the turn bricks because you've got position. Even then, if you do get a free card and the river gets you the flush a villain that was holding a jack may still pay you off.
