Personally I'd get rid of it.. and grumble for the next half hour about having to dump KK and the game giving me such a shitty flop. The bet just seems too big. I'd write off the $0.35 and assume he got lucky with either the straight or flush, probably the flush.
Being a passive station we need to add in pretty much any two suited cards to his range I think? At least that's what I've seen online so far (stations calling raises with 92s and T3s etc). Still figuring out the whole "putting people on hands" thing tho lol. Maybe he's hit a flush, just not a great one so making the others pay heavy to outdraw him.
I'd be annoyed if he flipped over 66-QQ tho. It just seems less than 50/50 that he has one of those.
