both are same in terms of cash game traffic IMO.
stars might have some speed tables which FT will not.
Stars' servers are more reliable
Stars' support is better
FT has auto reload and top up
FT HH way easier to read
Both are really soft at low limits. I have not played stars that recently, but it is soft I assures you. I hate stars software, so I play on FT.
