Default 100nl 3bet pot with TT against tilty player

Ok villain at the time was 43/20/3 at the time, but it wasn't much of a sample. Earlier I stacked him with JJ vs AK pre, I think he may be a little tilted at this point.

tbh his call didn't scare me too much given that I think he's slightly tilting.

Comments on all streets, but do we fire this turn? I mean I don't have a read to go on that this guy will fold even a Jack, and if he's tilting who knows what he'll do. I think I risk getting bluffed too much.
