Default NL25: OESD, call, raise, fold?

This guy is playing something like 35/9/20. He obviously bets a bit post flop, and looking back, I'm thinking a re-raise on the flop should take down this pot quite often, and where it doesn't I have a strong drawing hand to continue playing with.

By the river I'd pretty much narrowed his range down to having a king with a decent kicker, possibly even 2 pair, which is why I folded, but again, this might be a good spot to call with, it just doesn't seem like it.
