Question BB/SB VPIP

I'm calling on all you Poker Tracker experts.

I've logged less than 5k hands (running incredibly well), and I've already noticed a serious hole in my game. SB and BB stats are all negative, and I think I'm putting in too much from these crappy positions with speculative hands (small pairs, suited connectors, etc.).

Mind you, this is full ring. For example, if I'm in BB with 67 suited and there is a 3x BB raise with 2 callers, I will call in hopes of breaking someone. Two questions:

Are plays like this too loose?
What is a good VPIP for BB and SB?
