If you put at least one of them on QQ+, then you are going to end your tournament (as they have you covered) 8 out of 9 times. Even if you are wrong, you'll be risking your tournament on a 50/50 against AK/AQ/KQ for at least one of them. Easy fold with your reads.

As for the tilt, it's a huge factor in poker, and identifying the situations you tilt in is essential, as you can be playing tilted without even knowing it, which is more dangerous than knowing you are tilted. If you can't control it at any point, learn to walk away and do something else for a while to clear your head. Both of the above will prove very +ev in the long term.
