Is this still the whole discrepency stemming from NM finding a loophole in the overly broad contest rules? Penalizing the customer for lack of a business' foresight...interesting practice.
Most successful business owners I know would chalk this one up to "live and learn," modify the promotion for the next time and keep the customer happy.
