Well at the stage of the tournament for you in my opinion you are getting close to shove poker. Your M is about 10 getting close to danger (try to make something happen mode). I really dont like the calling 25% of your stack with the hand especially since you admitted that he was tight and knew he had a hand. If you decide to play AQ here then its push all in. As for him there was alot in the pot and he had to overs and the straight draw so I think he was correct in calling based on the money in the pot and knowing that he could bust you.
