Call is ok pf. Tighter they are the better really cos you're more likely to get the stack when you hit the flop hard.

As played it completely depends on reads imo for the flop. If they're tight enough to get rid of TT-QQ on that board you can have a go at them and if they're loose enough to tag along with AQ etc. then it's also good. Generally without reads I prefer checking and trying to see a cheap showdown. It also lets them bluff later streets when they may have folded to a flop bet.

But yeah, it depends.
