With no reads this is a preflop fold.
We can occasionally call against a winning TAG/LAG to CR bluff lots of flops, we can call a 8/1 player who has to have AA/KK to try and flop big and stack him, we can call against a complete LAG maniac who we know can treble barrell and pay us off if he has any pair.
We can also 3bet against people a with high attempt to steal blinds % and who can fold to 3bets.
Once you see that flop I would CR but once we do lead it is a very clear 3bet all in for value (you are favourite vs an overpair).
River I would fold. KK, QQ with a heart seem pretty believable and we have no read to suggest he bluffs even though he may well be. Hence we shouldn't get into pots with marginal hands in the first place against unknowns which give us decisions to make like this with not enough info.
