Default 50nl flopping top pair after light 3bet pf

Villain is 23/17/3 over 1k hands. I have him datamined but we've probably played together a fair bit and he seems the type to have PT so I'd imagine he has me down as a TAG grinder.

I've only 3bet once this session (I'm about 60 hands in on this table) and it was early on against this guy. He might think I'm 3betting light but he's got no reason to think I'm totally out of line.

What do people think about this flop? Is check/call a better line than betting out?
