That's a great flop to cbet on, and you'd do it with 67o so why not do it when you hit a monster? Someone's going to have a tough time folding a mid pair on that board, get some value. I like the bet/call and then CRAI on the turn line. bet/3bet shove is fine as well but you need to have an aggro image.

As played lead turn, you have to build the pot otherwise you will never get his stack. You made it far too easy for him to see a cheap showdown.

Bet bigger on the river as well, $1.50 or so.
