Yeah. I almost never complete the SB if folded to me. If you pop this up here to 35c you are risking 30c to win 15c. If he folds over 2/3 of the time we show an immediate profit even if we check-fold every fold. Most players do fold their BB this frequently when the SB opens so raising with a wide range from the SB is correct. There are exceptions when I think open limping is OK:

1. The BB is very loose passive preflop with stats like 50/5 and we have a mediocre hand like J7o, 34o etc. In this case if we raise we are often called and if we limp we are rarely raised. This means the chance of taking the pot preflop is not high and the chance of seeing a flop with a marginal hand at 3:1 if we limp is very high. In this instance limping becomes move with the highest EV.

2. We have a decent hand against an incredibly LAG opponent who will raise withalmost any 2 if we open limp. In this case limp-reraising with hands even as weak as ATs or 88 becomes a play worth considering.

Your hand here seems strong enough to play with a raise but not strong enough to slowplay against a LAG so I see no reason to not raiser this preflop.

I don't like your flop bet having limped to be honest, you're pretty much bluffing on this board.

Turn bet is fine.

River: Do we have any reason to expect this guy to bet? He very likely checks even AJ behind in my opinion with the straights and flushes possible but almost certainly calls a bet. If he does bet a hand as weak as Ax he can almost certainly fold it to a check-raise. We need him to have Ks or a 9 and turn it into a bluff pretty frquently and know he's aggressiv/bluffy to check here I think. I'd just bet $1 and put it all in if raised.
