Default I need big help

I have been playing poker live for the last four years and I'm now a dominant player at all home games. I have never cashed at a tournament, but I get damn close. I started to play online at Ultimate Bet .25/.50 NL tables and I have learned that in the beginning I seem to win big, but eventually all my luck runs out and I lose really big. I mean it isn't really even a case of luck. I just seems that whenever I have top pair and I'm up against a player who has played damn near every hand, that player constantly has trips. Same thing when I get two pair. Usually I raise preflop and get called fast as if the know they'll catch their third card. Usually happens everytime I have AA or AKs. Maybe I should play limit and that way I don't lose as much with these hands. I lose a lot of money with these hands in NL. I started out with a $600 bankroll and almost doubled it. Then went on a ridiculous losing streak bringing me to half of what I started with. I even lowered the stakes. Just seems everyone else is luckier than I am. What should I do. I'm using Poker Tracker and I kinda have a hard time understanding everything on it. I get the fundamentals, but I don't know what's the best way to learn from it. I watch a lot of hands over and over again to learn some mistakes, but I can't understand how to adjust my play to become more profitable. I also use Poker Pro 2007. It hasn't helped me tremendously. At the beginning I thought is was a pretty good program. I have a million programs to help me, but I still use my own judgement at times. Still no really good results. I almost feel like online poker is a scam. I need help pretty bad.
