As Kid has said a couple time in my short term here: This is NOT a democracy. I think a simple e-mail to her telling her not to bother/annoy him with such petty requests may have sufficed, but she does come off as a bit self-important and may not have gotten his seriousness without the ban.
If it accomplishes anything, I just hope she stops tying all in CAPS. Her email to him being in caps woulda frustrated me. Epic, if/when you come back... please lay off the caps. Pretty please?
