You should push instead of min reraising. Minreraising just screams strength.
Whether you call or reraise that flop you give him the same info about your hand - that you like it alot. I don't think you gain any value in bluffing equity by flat calling since he will shut down with most bluffs. Just push it in and hope he has a 9 or a pair he can't let go.

Be careful Ping. Both this min 3bet and your KK raise to 3bb after a limp makes me believe you may be underbetting your strong hands to look for action a little too much.
