Hi all. I have recently wanted to jump back into the online poker game mainly because I have a week off from work and am very bored.

I have tried putting money into multiple online poker things but my credit cards (visa and mastercard) were both declined.

I have seen a lot of these pc-at and what not, and figured out that basically someone paypals someone money and they put that into their account correct?

I have paypal, (verified business account), and was wondering what the going rates and how does this whole thing work? Unless I don't understand it all, the only trust has to be on the person getting paypaled the money, cause the person transfering the money to the person wont do it till they get the paypaled money.

I am interested in moving about $50.
