You have 2 limpers so you are going to raise this a decent amount.

3x bb + 1 or 2 x per limper is usually all right. If you bet 500 and get one caller you would push all in on the flop with just about any board.

If you bet 500 pf and where rr all in I would call.

with JJ you really don't want alot of action especially out of position. Winning the pot pf is a good outcome.
