Just thought id throw a good word out for PS to those deciding what site to join.
My internet went out in a storm about 2 mins after joining 3 sit and goes. I heard people have been able to get there money back, so i figured id give it a try.
I explained the problem and this is what i get back,

part of it. We are therefore happy to refund your buy in for you on

occasion. The full cost of entry including registration fee's to three

Please note, that although we did not experience any site or server
problems
at the time and therefore cannot assume responsibility for the
disconnection
you suffered, we are happy to reimburse you this amount nontheless in
show
of our appreciation of you playing here on
PokerStars.
