Of the ones you mention, which sites support PT and PAHUD? I'm definitely wanting support for these as I'm working quite a bit on my PT stats at the moment.

Also, seeing as I don't play nearly as much as I should, I'm after a bonus with preferably no time limit (or if there is one, like 6 months or something). It'll take me ages to clear a bonus at NL25 right now.
