It's wonderful how you think that it's not stealing because PS accidentally put the money into your account. What about the person that $400 was really supposed to go to? You robbed them of their money because you're so dishonest and greedy that you couldn't inform PS of the mistake but instead used it for your own gain. Well, not entirely, because if I remember correctly you said you lost it all.
